Veteran Co was the commercial arm of prop and kira, the season’s power duo. From the start they shared the iron farm, the villagers and the emeralds: kira checked “prop is it fine with you if he uses our villagers and emralds?” 1 On 21 July 2021 prop told Kart, “now u know who u are dealing with” 2, and then, “me and kira are selling books for diamond”. 3
The books belonged to both, and profits were split “50/50 split bro”. 4 kira named prop as “the boss”. 5 The profits chest doubled as a ledger: by 27 July it held 48 diamonds, 6 and by 2 August almost two stacks.
By November the business had grown into something larger. prop pointed out that “the top 3 biggest monopolizable farms and thing to sell” were owned by the two of them: wither skeleton, iron, slime, raid, gold and totems. The name was spelled out on 20 November: “veteran co”. 7 8 The idea was to use the monopoly to fund The Mall, “by offering the diamonds in the pool”. 9 See also Veteran Base and The Veterans.
