Zombie Villager Cure

After weeks without villagers, prop cured a zombie villager with a weakness potion and a golden apple, and named him Optimus Prime.

Event ASMP Earth 15 Jul 2023

For weeks, ASMP Earth had no villagers. On 10 July 2023 prop found a zombie villager and announced it in capitals 1. He trapped it, built a brewing setup from nether blaze rods, and on 15 July cured it with a weakness potion and a golden apple. The server announced that ProPlayerPlayz had reached the goal Zombie Doctor 2.

He named the villager Optimus Prime, claimed a 25 percent trade discount and declared his the first nation with villagers. The next day he wrote the cure out as a ten-step recipe for Mero, beginning “step 1) get apple” 3, and the same notes included a price list, with wheat at “~~20~~ 15 wheat -> 1 emerald” 4.

The cured villager was the seed of the breeder in Villager Breeding Begins.
