The Bamboo Farm and Super Smelter Teardown

prop declared his bamboo farm and super smelter failed projects and tore them down, over Suresh's protests that he used the bamboo for trading.

Event ASMP S1 13 Oct 2021

On 13 October 2021 prop told the server he was “actually going to dismantle the bamboo farm and supersmelter” 1. His reasoning was blunt: “both are failed projects” 2. In their place he promised “ugly farms underground” 3.

Not everyone cheered. Suresh (BotFragx) objected: “I use for trading” 4, followed shortly by “DO NOT DISMANTLE BAMBOO FARM” 5. Kart mourned: “all that progress now uselss” 6. IRIS, meanwhile, was glad to get his base’s view back.

The teardown happened at the Veteran Base. The glass was recycled and the space cleared for the arena (The Gladiator Arena Project). Prop pointed out that the Super Smelter predated the server’s first death 7, and Suresh’s redstone slip broke the system along the way 8. Afterwards everyone went on a horse-taming spree. The Bamboo Farm was no more.
