Almost every farm on the server was somebody else’s design, rebuilt block by block from a YouTube video. prop was strict about whom to trust: Shulkercraft and ianxofour, plus “the OGs”. ilmango was “the nikola tesla of minecraft farms” 1, while kira cited gnembon, explaining why his farm is built to leave most of the land unloaded when running 2. Hermitcraft was the yardstick for everything, from Xisuma’s monument to Philza’s feats, and the advice Levi gave to anyone was simply to watch it.
One channel saved the server. On 2 October 2021, while Season 1 was dying, prop reported: “I found a yt channel called ianxofour” with “really op easy and effecient farms”, and “inspired by the design I start being active on the server again” 3 4. By mid-October the group was swapping videos for super smelters, with Kart and prop trading links and nods to Mumbo Jumbo, ilmango and Ray Works designs 5. prop wanted a “FitMC-style” server out of it all.
