Blood for the Blood God

Technoblade was the "blood god", and DeathHack's chant over a sacrificed nYx became Season 2's favourite line.

Curiosity ASMP S2 in-joke

In Season 2, Technoblade was the blood god, and the server treated him accordingly. prop said that wearing his skin disrespectfully was punishable by execution, “for disrespecting the blood god” 1.

The phrase got its biggest moment at the Technoblade statue event, when DeathHack127 began sacrificing nYx to the cause (see The Technoblade Statue Reveal). His chant went through the chat as “sacrifice for the blood god” 2 and then, louder:

BLOOOD OR THE BLOOOOD GOD

3 Soon after, the friends were throwing it back at him, and DeathHack posted a clean “blood for the blood god” 4.

It survived into prop’s video of the event, whose finale used a “sacrifice for blood god” bit, with DeathHack spamming the line in chat 5.
