Wither Slain for the Beacon

prop and BotFragx farmed their skulls, summoned the Wither at the mines, and called it the easiest fight ever.

Event ASMP Earth 23 Sep 2023

On 23 September 2023 prop and BotFragx (Suresh) set out to get a beacon, which on ASMP Earth meant killing a Wither. First they needed three wither skeleton skulls, which they farmed in a nether fortress. The server logged the “Spooky Scary Skeleton” advancement for prop and then for botfragz. 1 2

They then summoned the Wither at the mines, and botfragz earned “Withering Heights” on the spot. 3 The fight did not last. botfragz summed it up in three words:

easiest fight ever 4

The chat suggests prop wanted the beacon to help clear out the sorter area. A year or so later prop fought another Wither on a different server; see prop Beats the Wither in the End.
