Special Fireworks and the Steve Massacre

On 11 November 2021 Kart showed the server a trick. He spawned carpet bots with names like Head2 and Steve, killed them over and over, and collected the player heads that a datapack dropped. Crafted into fireworks, those heads became creeper-faced and big-blast rockets. He signed off with “if u need more fireworks tell me” ¹ and sent an example ².

prop summed it up as “using carpet bot and datapack heads to craft rare rockets”. The constant join and slain messages in the chat were another matter. kira noted that “you can spawn in any names” ³, then ran a spawn command on Kart’s own joke account to show how it worked. When Kart tried existing players’ names, kira snapped: “kart you stupid? you trying to spawn in existing players?” ⁴ It wasn’t allowed. abi, meanwhile, just wanted to spawn himself in and get the XP.

The episode came nine days after prop had proposed banning carpet bots altogether (Proposal to Ban Carpet Bots).
