The first public hint of Season 2 came out of an argument. On 30 December 2021 the voice chat was bickering about jokes, and kira cut through it: “s2 coming soon” 1.
prop asked what it would be built on, “wild update only no?” 2, and kira confirmed it with a single word, “yeah” 3. It was, kira said, a few months away. prop later underlined the point: “wild updatebro” 4. Saitama was in the conversation too.
prop also quipped that S2 would be the whole server against Kart and deathhack. kira’s only hope was that the server wouldn’t die before then.
It followed Reset debate and the 1.19 announcement by about two weeks.
