The Kart and Veteran Base Feud

Kart squatted in the Veteran Base until it was a wasteland of creeper holes, and prop banned him and fought him in the first random battle.

Event ASMP S1 2 Oct 2021 – 9 Oct 2021

On 2021-10-02 prop logged back in after two days away to find that “the entire veteran base becomes a wasteland and overgrown wtf” 1. The Veteran Base was riddled with creeper holes, and he knew who to blame.

Kart had been squatting there. According to prop he was “constantly just coming to veteran base and just leaving creeper holes breaking farms and just spamming bonemeal everywhere” 2, with end-crystal damage, a blown-up bamboo farm and unauthorised use of the trading hall on the charge sheet. kira weighed in with a plea to “have some maturity and fix creeper holes if you cause the blast” 3, and reminded everyone that only the veterans held the backups and admin 4. Prop banned Kart from the region.

Then came what the server history calls the first random battle. Kart killed prop once with Soul Reaper 5, and prop chased him across the server by elytra for about an hour, both of them carrying more than four stacks of rockets 6. In the end prop killed him with Valkyrie II 7. Kart, with nothing but his pride, went to the End, forgot he had no elytra or rockets, and jumped into the void trying to reach the enderman XP farm, losing everything he owned, netherite gear and elytra included 8.

The feud did not end with the duel. Within the week Suresh and Kart had a battle of their own, leaving damage that kira demanded Kart explain 9. When Kart fought prop, most of prop’s gold blocks exploded 10.
