On 29 August 2023 prop had “a genius idea”. 1 It was a lore build: a research base taken over by nature after an experiment went wrong, inspired by Fortnite and the Valorant maps Fracture and Sunset. 2 IRIS supplied the story, with small pieces of Antarctica breaking off through tectonic movement. 3 The plan had four floating islands and a massive cherry tree in front. By 2 September it was waiting on the tree. 4
