The lava farm was abi’s contribution to Season 1’s industry. It gathered lava to feed the fuel chest of the Super Smelter, and it was important enough that in mid-October 2021 abi streamed it to the group to explain how it worked 1.
He declared it finished on 19 October: “prop lava faarm done” 2. prop’s reaction, “poggers” 3, came the next day.
That was also when the trouble began. Steve the Bot, prop’s AFK fake player, had been running the farm, and abi found that “steve placed atleast 100 buckets of lava on the hopper” 4. The farm was damaged and then repaired. The whole saga is told in Steve the Bot and the Lava Farm.
