The 52-Debris Netherite Run

prop and Abishek blew up the Nether with stacks of TNT, hauled in 52 ancient debris, and came out with 13 netherite ingots and a full set for prop.

Event ASMP Earth 9 Sep 2023

On 9 September 2023 on ASMP Earth, prop and Abishek went branch-mining for ancient debris, with stacks of TNT doing the digging, in the area known as the Netherite Mine.

The haul was counted out loud as it came in: “a total of 43 debris” 1, then “47 debris total haul” 2. The final tally in the dossier is 52 pieces, which smelted down to 13 netherite ingots, and prop asked, “13 ingots?” 3.

It was enough for prop to craft himself a full netherite set. Abishek got bonus ingots left over for his trouble. prop, watching how smoothly things went, had a theory about why: “abishek is the main character of this smp” 4, a joke that fits the old running gag of Abishekishere as Main Character.
