The Second Veteran Base Raid

A random pillager patrol, one punch from Suresh, and five fully geared friends who finally beat a raid together and all became Heroes of the Village.

Event ASMP S1 6 Oct 2021

On 6 October 2021 a pillager patrol spawned, entirely at random, in the Veteran Base. 1 prop was carefully trying to kill the captain with flint and steel, to avoid setting off a raid, when Suresh walked up and punched it. “suresh fucking punched him and a raid started,” prop reported. 2 The chat soon announced that Suresh had earned the advancement Voluntary Exile. 3

This time the base was ready. kira, prop, Suresh, Kart and abi were all geared up (“everyone was stacked (except kart ofc)”), and iron golems guarded the middle of the base. 4 Prop remembered the fight as lasting about ten to fifteen minutes, ending with “the raid was defeated”. 5

The chat announced that Suresh had completed the challenge Hero of the Village, and the others earned it too. 6

Prop called it “the biggest shit that ever hapnd to us in axoltl smp”. 7 Kart summed up the spirit of the night: “everyone in the server helped eachother for the good of the serevr”. 8
