At the end of July 2022, ntize (_eb in game) announced that his industrial district on Axolotl SMP Season 2 was “almost done” 1, and by 1 August he was welcoming visitors. 2
The complex was built from mud, in a look _eb described as “rusted steel”. 3 It packed in a super smelter, a sorting system, food, iron and carrot farms, a mob farm, a ghast farm and a lantern-mist effect, with a giant cobble farm and a combined guardian-drowned farm still on the plan.
Its most talked-about feature was a red experimental tree. Emperor Sian advised that all mud blocks wasn’t bad, but varied blocks would look better. _eb’s reply: the tree was “an experiment gone wrong” and there was a lore behind it. 4 He said he was writing that lore. 5
The district also claimed one of its builder’s lives. On 13 August, _eb died there and lost most of his items, asking how he had “end up dyiing in my industrial area”. 6
