Place ASMP S1 landmark

On 28 July 2021 kira asked to double the world border to 10k, because the “double witch hut is outside world border”. 1 2 prop and Levi felt it would be unfair until everyone reached midgame, 3 and kira said he’d only thought of expanding later. 4 The border stayed where it was.
