In early October 2021 Akshay (in-game Akshay7432, better known as Saitama on Discord) picked a site for his Season 1 settlement at 275, -900, north of spawn. 1 The spot had caves nearby, with “some birch forests, spruce and oak trees also there”. 2
It started small. On 7 October he was upfront that it was “not a base yet”, 3 and the next day the first piece was a house entry, followed by “building base”. 4 5 He was gathering dark oak and coal for it, and Suresh helped out with the coal.
The sources only follow the base through its first days, so how it ended up is not recorded here.
