abishek’s house in ASMP Limbo first shows up in November 2023, when prop spotted it in the distance from his own base site: “seems like abi house in the distance ova der but ima let him post pictures tho”. 1
It became known as “the portal area”. In February 2024 Mero proposed meeting at the “portal area”, and prop at first replied that “we dont have a portal area that i know of…”. 2 Then it clicked: “u mean abishek base”. 3
The name stuck for a reason. On 3 April 2024, prop explained that there were only 2 portals on the server, 4 and “one at abi base”. 5 (The other is covered in Only two nether portals.)
The house also stood in the way of progress. Prop’s long train track ran straight through the site, and he admitted he had “almost flattened” it “with the monster”, meaning the train. 6 The chat suggests the house was indeed partly flattened, with prop planning to rebuild it a few blocks away. The whole episode is at Abi's house nearly flattened by a train.
