On 28 February 2023 prop posted a short caption with a few screenshots: “the first train on the server”. 1 It was the first Create-mod train ever run on Axolotl SMP, and the beginning of the Axolotl Train Network.
The screenshots show the train pulling into the “Arrived at prop & kira base” stop, and curving along its track beside a grassy lake.
By 25 March prop had upgraded it. He added two more carriages, 2 each with four seats, and told the group that it had “automatic doors that open when reached stop”. 3
The train was soon more than a toy. It was the first piece of the railway that would grow in later worlds.
