On 25 May 2021, on the Mekanism server, prop finished the Digital Miner after grinding for steel and obsidian. He posted a picture of it 1, after working out which parts needed obsidian from the recipe.
The point of the machine was freedom. “i can get any ores on demand anytime anywhere now”, he said 2, and declared “ngl you and i are the strongest ppl on the server rn” 3.
He was talking to Fili, who had made an Atomic Disassembler the same night 4, and who credited cyber’s materials for his head start.
