Server performance restart

kira restarted the server twice to enable async chunk writes and speed up chunk loading.

Event ASMP S1 25 Sep 2021

On 25 September 2021, with the farms causing lag and TPS dips, kira asked abi if he could restart the server. 1 He had made “some important changes for performance”, 2 chiefly async chunk writes to make chunk loading and unloading faster. 3 The server restarted twice to apply them.
