Grian's Cartographer Trick

prop and kira cured a zombie villager to get cheap cartographer trades, copying Grian, and roughly quadrupled their emeralds.

Event ASMP S1 17 Jul 2021

On 17 July 2021, prop had a plan: “we have to do the zombie on the cartographer for the grians 2 melon to emerald beacom” 1. The trick was borrowed from Grian. In a minecart, a zombie villager is cured with a splash weakness potion and a golden apple, which leaves a cartographer with discounted trades.

Chat marked the occasion: “_k1R4 has reached the goal [Zombie Doctor]” 2. kira summed up the payoff: “literally quadruples ems” 3. Prop was soon offering to do it for others: “we can quadruple your emeralds with this trade” 4. They were limited to 16 trades a day.
