The Greatest Clutch

In late July 2022 prop was building up to his Prop's Nether Roof Gold Farm with netherrack, block by block, and made a small mistake: “i might have marooned myself 100s of blocks in the sky of the nether roof witthout a way down.......” ¹

Help came from _eb (ntize), who offered to “place weeping vines in a 5x5 square” below. ² prop was not interested in the vines (“i aint falling”). ³ eb went on to set up scaffolding, pearls and a totem for him and left the supplies in a chest. ⁴ The chat suggests eb himself died of fall damage while setting it up.

prop eventually got down, and the next day posted a video titled “The Greatest Clutch I have ever done in Minecraft”. ⁵ The numbers were the point: a drop of “150+ blocks”, survived in just prot 2 armour with Feather Falling 4, which he admitted was “a death fall if hadnt clutched”. ^{6 7}
