abi Dies in the Wither Skeleton Farm

abi stepped through a portal into the wither skeleton farm and met fifty of them, and kira, Suresh and prop had to rescue his kit.

Event ASMP S1 13 Nov 2021

On 13 November 2021 the chat bot posted a line that needed no explanation: “abishekishere was slain by Wither Skeleton”. 1 abi had walked through the portal into the Wither Skeleton Farm, where about fifty wither skeletons were waiting, and he never came out with his gear.

His things were left lying in the farm, so kira, Suresh and prop organised a rescue. They despawned the mobs and recovered his armour, elytra and tools. kira found the pile with a laugh: “lol that has abi’s armour”. 2

The accident had one bright side. While kira was in there he did some AFK time, and reported, “prop I did some afk, we have 32 skulls now”. 3 prop’s reply was a single word: “SKULLS”. 4

For more of abi’s misfortunes, see Abi's elytra losses.
